Simon has created a bespoke Woodkraft Christmas menu to help you celebrate in style.

Our opening hours for large group bookings will change over the festive period and will be open for dinner too.

Our festive menu will be available daily for bookings from Thursday November 21st 2019 through to 4th January 2020, with two and three courses being available.

Deposits

All bookings are subject to availability at the time of booking, cannot be guaranteed and must be made directly with the restaurant. A non-refundable/transferable deposit of £10 per person is required to confirm your booking. If no deposit has been received your booking will be automatically released. Please not by paying your deposits you are agreeing to out terms and conditions. Deposits and full payments can be made by debit or credit card, BACS transfer; please contact the restaurant for bank details.

Full Payments

For group bookings of ten people or more, full payment is required for your full party including any pre-booked drinks packages seven days prior to the date of your event. Only one payment per party, made by the party organiser will be accepted. Non payment by the due date will render our contract with you and void your event with us. Your event will be cancelled and your deposit lost.

Additional places are not guaranteed and are available on a first come first served basis.

Any additional items will be charged for on the night. Please ensure you have the means to pay for these on the night as credit will not be given.

Cancellations

Any cancellations must be confirmed in writing to the restaurant by the party organiser and cannot be accepted by telephone.

Refunds

If the restaurant should cancel and event, a full refund will be given in January 2020

Menus

Pre-orders are required for group bookings or eight people or more. Pre-Orders must be received by the restaurant seven days prior to the date of your even. If you have any allergies or special dietary requirements, you must let us know in writing.

Bar, Wine & Drinks Packages

A full cash bar and wine service will be provided at each event. Under no circumstances may guests bring their own beverages into the restaurant. We also operate a challenge 25 policy although all events are suitable for over 18’s. Any guests under the age of 25 may be asked to show proof of ID, photo drivers licence, passport. Guests who cannot produce ID will be refused alcohol service. We also reserve the right to refuse to serve and remove from the event any person whose condition, in the opinion of the management team, interferes or is likely to interfere with the enjoyment of the event for other participants.
